How it Works:
Step 1: Book a free consultation with me. We’ll discuss your wants and needs to see if Yoga Therapy will work for you.
Step 2: If Yoga Therapy is good fit, we’ll schedule the initial 90-min session and 2 follow-up 1-hr sessions to accommodate your schedule. All sessions are done live on video with me as your personal instructor and guide.
Step 3: After 3 sessions, we can connect and evaluate whether you will need more continued support.
