I will teach you the tools and techniques you need and will educate you on the benefits, effects and any contraindications of my methods. Your practice will be accessible and practical, and it will be customized to any health conditions or limitations you may have. My goal is for you to feel safe, comfortable and confident in your body and in your life.
I offer 30- and 60-minute virtual sessions that include breathwork, massage techniques, yoga nidra, meditation and/or movement. Our sessions can be set up by Skype or Zoom.
