My Small Group Yoga and Wellness Classes offer tools for healthy living and aging so that individuals can create and experience optimal health and well-being for themselves. I offer general and condition-specific classes for mental health, pain management, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, sleeping problems and more, although you don’t need to be unfit or ill to benefit. I offer classes for adults and classes for teens, and all classes are both for experienced practitioners and those new to yoga.

I also offer bookings for private small group (4 person max) yoga classes if you like to enjoy a personal group class. Contact me with any questions or comments.
